Continuing to purchase current release wines for aging, Balabans allocates highly rated wines for each member client. The finest French and California estates along with special gems from Australia, Chile, Italy, New Zealand and Spain will provide age worthy reds and special whites.

Sparkling Wine Club- 2 bottles each month

French champagne, California sparkling, Italian prosecco and Spumanti or Spanish cava, nothing starts a special occasion like a bottle of champagne or fine sparkling wine. It is the perfect complement-- and compliment--to most foods; it can set the tone for a whole evening.

Dinner Party Selection- 4 different bottles every other month ( matched to an exclusive dinner party menu from Balaban’s Head Chef )

Balabans sommelier will pick a selection of sparkling wine, white wine, medium bodied red and full bodied red to accompany dinnera wine of distinction to enhance the tastes of each course.
