The Domaine du Salvard 2008 Cheverny also bears the family name of Emmanuel Delaille, and for a pure Sauvignon bottling (this is blended with 20% Chardonnay) not bearing the Domaine name, see under “Delaille” elsewhere in this report. Here we have a delicate-weight and very penetratingly citric Cheverny with hints of citrus zest and herbs, and a bright, salty, minty, peppery finish.
