Drink now through 2010. 830 cases made. Brilliant straw color. Spicy lemon, strawberry and floral honey aromas are complicated by a subtle hint of baking spices. Brisk and focused, with surprising weight and juicy red berry and orchard fruit flavors. The spicy quality returns on the finish, which is nicely brisk and clinging. Leaves a suave trail of minerals behind. This should be great as an aperitif.
