Plum, grape, leaf and light chocolate flavors mingle in this medium-bodied red, which is smooth, with moderate tannins and a crisp finish. 2,500 cases imported. The 2007 Dehesa Gago follows in the footsteps of preceding vintages offering great value. It is 100% Tinta de Toro aged in stainless steel. Deep crimson-colored, it offers up an excellent bouquet of pencil lead, violets, incense, and blackberry. Ripe, medium to full-bodied and nicely concentrated, this flavorful effort will drink well over the next four years.
