| The 2008 Pinot Gris was raised in stainless steel for 6 months with no malolactic fermentation. Enticing aromas of pear, apple, and tangerine lead to a dry, fruity, balanced wine with plenty of depth, ripe flavor, and a medium long finish. Drink it over the next 2 years. Light in color but bold in flavor! The 2008 Pinot Gris is bright and refreshing with pink grapefruit, lime, orange zest and lovely floral characteristics on the nose. Minerality, green fruits and grassy notes balance out the tropical components (peach, kiwi, more grapefruit) on the palate while the acidity and viscosity create a lush mouthfeel and persistent finish.
