Made primarily from the Vidal grapes with and a very small amount of St. Vincent grapes. Pale golden color with a bubbly mousse. Aromas of dried apple, pear, and buttery praline follow through on crisp entry to a fruity medium-to-full body with nice creamy lemon custard pastry notes and a refreshing citrus rind and apple core finish. A nicely styled sparkler. A dry, sparkling blend of Vidal Blanc with a hint of St. Vincent. Pairs well with smoked fish, berries, omelets, Japanese and cheese.
